Return & Refund Policy

At Anva, we prioritize customer satisfaction. However, as all our products are personalized and custom-made, returns are not possible unless the item is damaged during delivery. Please read our policy carefully:


Damage-Only Return Policy

We only accept returns for items that are damaged during shipping. To process such a return, the following steps must be followed:

  1. Record an Unboxing Video:
    It is mandatory to record a clear unboxing video when you receive the package. The video should include the unopened package and the product being opened for the first time. This helps us verify the damage.
  2. Report the Damage:
    If the product is found to be damaged during delivery, please email us at anjillustrator@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the package. Attach the following:
    • Unboxing video showing the damage.
    • Photos of the damaged product.
    • Proof of purchase (invoice or order number).
  3. Return Eligibility:
    • The damaged product must be unused, and all original packaging must be intact.
    • Personalized products (caricatures, custom gifts) are non-returnable unless damaged during delivery.

Refund Process

  • If the damage claim is approved after reviewing the video and photos, a replacement or refund will be initiated.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
  • If a replacement is requested, we will ship it free of charge.

Important Notes

  • No Returns or Refunds for Non-Damaged Items:
    Since our products are personalized and made-to-order, they cannot be returned or exchanged under any other circumstances.
  • If no unboxing video is provided, we will not be able to process a return or refund.
